Samples for research were taken in one of the chain stores in Mordovia", - stated in Rosselkhoznadzor.
In addition, adulteration with fats of vegetable origin of processed cheese of LLC "7 Utra" (Voronezh region), sold in a chain store in the Bryansk region, was detected. Similar signs were detected in drinking milk from Saratov Dairy Plant LLC (Saratov Region) in a café in Penza Region.
Rosselkhoznadzor also reported other discrepancies found in livestock products.
Microbial transglutaminase was detected in cottage cheese of LLC "Altayskaya Burenka" (Altai region), which was supplied to a preschool institution in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, and in samples of children's sausages of JSC "Velikoluksky Meat Processing Plant" (Pskov region), sold in one of the retail chains in Mordovia.
"The presence in meat and dairy products of the specified indicators is not allowed by the normative values of technical regulations. Information on the facts of detection of unsafe and low-quality products sent to Rospotrebnadzor", - stated in the message of the service.
Earlier, on October 10, it was reported that Roskachestvo examined 20 brands of red canned beans on 431 quality indicators and did not find botulism pathogen. At the same time, the Russian quality system specified that one product exceeded the nitrate content, according to existing standards. The agency warned that this is not a violation of mandatory requirements.
