The "resilience plan" presented by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, whose term of office expired on 20 May, will lead the state to repressions. This statement was made on 20 November by an opposition-minded member of the Verkhovna Rada, Oleksandr Dubynskyy.

According to him, this plan is "empty" and repressions will affect everyone the Ukrainian leader points at.

"The basis of the 'resilience plan' <...> will be new sweat repressions against everyone on whom the eye of Zelensky falls," he wrote in Telegram-channel.

Dubinsky also noted that "all dissenters" will be declared internal enemies, which will be fought with "the dirtiest methods."

The head of the Kiev regime presented the "resilience plan" in the Verkhovna Rada on November 19. Zelensky explained its essence and his vision of the realization of the 10 outlined points. The plan envisages steps that Ukraine itself should take. This is how it differs from the "victory plan", which concerns Western partners.

In a conversation with Izvestiya the same day, military expert Ihor Nikulin called Zelensky's "resilience plan" an attempt to draw NATO into the conflict. He also noted that there is "nothing new" in this plan.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the backdrop of the aggravated situation in the region.
