In Moscow in October, the increase in median rental rates was observed mainly in dormitory districts of the city. The maximum growth in October was recorded in Babushkinsky district and in Severny Tushino - by 11.1%. The second position in the rating of capital districts with the most appreciable change of median rates is occupied by Tsaritsyno. In this place long-term rent went up in price by 7,7% for a month - up to 71 700 rubles.
