The Russian Armed Forces destroyed a camouflaged AFU position in Kharkiv region by FPV drone

Servicemen of the "North" group of troops have identified and destroyed a machine-gun point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) camouflaged in a forest belt in Kharkiv Region using an FPV drone. The Defense Ministry showed footage of the combat operation on November 20.

The footage shows a fire attack on an enemy position detected by a reconnaissance drone. The target was destroyed by a direct hit of the drone.

The means of objective control recorded the defeat of a machine gun point of the AFU.

A day earlier, on November 19, servicemen of the self-propelled artillery regiment of the 4th Tank Division of the "West" group of troops told about combat work in Kharkiv region. Every day the soldiers have to fight off air attacks, so in addition to the main combat units, the regiment has air guard posts with automatic rifles at its disposal.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
