More than 557.4 million rubles will be spent to repair the Baltiyskaya subway in St. Petersburg. Information about the auction appeared on the website of public procurement, reports TV channel "78" on Wednesday, November 20.

The customer of the work - St. Petersburg subway. The documents indicate that almost 206 million rubles will be spent on the overhaul of the station "in terms of track walls".

Another 351.6 million rubles will go to equip the intelligent video surveillance system and the system of data collection and processing of stations "Kirovsky Zavod", "Baltiyskaya", "Pushkinskaya" to ensure transportation security.

Overhaul of "Baltiyskaya" will take place from November 20, 2024 to January 29, 2026. The work will be carried out from 00:30 to 05:10 on weekdays after the voltage in the tunnel is removed from the contact rail. On holidays and weekends repairs will be carried out only with the approval of the authorities.

Earlier it was reported that in the subway of St. Petersburg at each station will install video cameras. They will cover all key areas of the station - escalators, platforms, turnstiles and service entrances.
