A woman involved two children in the theft of goods from the point of delivery of orders (POZ) in Kirov, a criminal case has been opened against her. About it on November 20 reported on the website of the regional head of the Investigative Committee (IC).
"A criminal case was initiated against a resident of the city of Kirov, suspected of committing crimes under Article 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Involvement of a minor in the commission of a crime")", - stated in the message.
According to the investigation, the 34-year-old woman persuaded two teenagers to steal goods from the premises of one of the PVZ. Having broken the front door, she and the children stole property worth more than 100 thousand rubles.
The circumstances of the incident are being established. The stolen property was withdrawn.
A day earlier, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk reported that in Moscow detained a previously convicted resident of the Moscow region on charges of stealing a backpack in the subway. The law enforcement officers seized part of the stolen property, the things will be returned to the owner - a 60-year-old resident of the capital.
