In Birobidzhan in the summer of 2025 there will be more rescue posts near the city's water bodies. This became known at the end of the meeting in the city administration on the preparation for the swimming season. It was discussed about the tightening of control over water bodies and the possibility of equipping additional posts.

According to the head of the city Maxim Semenov, cited by IA EAOMedia, additional spasposts are necessary, only this year at the quarry "Lesnoy" managed to save six people. This year on the territory of Birobidzhan was not recorded the death of people on the water. Specialists also provided first aid.

Semenov urged to form a list of those who are ready to be trained at rescue courses, so that by the beginning of the swimming season there would be no shortage of such people. The regional government will take over the organization of training, the municipality must provide lists of trainees.
