A single charter has been developed for ski resorts in the Krasnodar Region

The authorities of the Krasnodar Region have developed new rules for local ski resorts. "Draft rules for staying at the resorts of the mountain tourist cluster in the city of Sochi" have been sent to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for testing.
The aim is to fill a gap in the federal legislation. As KrasnodarMedia IA explains with reference to the regional government, Russia still has no general rules of behavior for vacationers at ski resorts. The resorts themselves establish the existing norms, but the lack of responsibility for non-compliance with these norms creates significant risks for tourists.
The regional administration worked on the project together with management companies of tourist bases "Rosa Khutor", "Krasnaya Polyana" and "Gazprom Polyana". According to Vice-Governor Alexander Ruppel, the proposals include regulation of the use of ski passes, tourist behavior on and off the ski slopes, introduction of responsibility for their violation and state regulation of tourist behavior. In addition, a unified register of persons will be created to apply liability measures.
The innovations are necessary to improve the quality of recreation and ensure the safety of tourists, the agency writes.
Earlier, on November 14, Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov said that the flow of tourists to Russian ski resorts in the winter season 2024/25 will increase by 10% compared to last year. He said that last year the tourist flow increased by a quarter, and this year will grow by another 10%.
