- Guf's lawyer said that the measure of restraint does not prohibit the musician to perform on stage

The court-imposed measure of restraint - a ban on certain actions - does not prevent rapper Guf (real name - Alexei Dolmatov) to conduct touring and concert activities, explained November 20 in a conversation with "Izvestia" singer's lawyer Sergei Zhorin.
He stressed that he is not authorized to confirm or deny information about the allegedly prepared performance.
"But since I am responsible for the legal issue, I can say with certainty that the measure of restraint - a ban on certain actions - which the court issued, does not prohibit Alexei to engage in touring and concert activities. He has a ban only on visiting the scene of the accident and communicating with the victim and witnesses," the lawyer said.
Zhorin added that for performances Guf does not need to ask permission from the FSIN.
Earlier in the media there was information that the rapper intends to give a concert in Moscow, despite the presence of an electronic bracelet.
On October 23 in the Moscow region there was a conflict involving Dolmatov. The rapper near one of the bars hit a man on the head.
A criminal case was initiated, the defendant, in addition to Guf, is Gevorg Sarukhanyan. October 25, the court ordered the musician to ban certain actions, and on the 29th it became known that the rapper was put on an electronic bracelet. Later, the singer's sister said that her brother was undergoing a rehabilitation course in a clinic.
