In Tomsk, the Investigative Committee will check the information about the attack of dogs on children

In Tomsk, a check of information about the attack of dogs on three children was organized. This was reported on November 20 by the main department of the Investigative Committee for the Tomsk region.

"In the course of monitoring of mass media and social media revealed the publication that on November 19 this year a dog pounced on children on Neftyanaya Street in the city of Tomsk. Three minors suffered from animal bites," the agency's Telegram channel said.

Based on the results of the inspection under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence) a procedural decision will be taken.

Earlier, on November 15, according to the court decision in Birobidzhan, the owner of the dog, which bit a neighbor boy, is obliged to pay compensation for moral damage in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. The animal was without a muzzle at the time of the attack on the nine-year-old boy.
