A mini-loader driver was fined in Moscow for transporting people in the bucket


In Moscow, the driver of a mini loader was brought to administrative responsibility for transportation of people in the bucket. This is reported on November 20 on the website of the State Automobile Inspectorate of Russia.
"Police officers in the course of monitoring the Internet revealed a video clip on which two men ride in the bucket of a mini-loader on the sidewalk on Strastnoy Boulevard", - stated in the publication.
According to the agency, the violators turned out to be a 38-year-old visitor from the Saratov region, living in Moscow. Against the man drew up administrative reports and imposed a fine.
Earlier, on November 17, the Public Chamber appealed to the Interior Ministry with a request to toughen the punishment for exceeding the permissible number of passengers. The existing administrative fine for drivers is proposed to increase from 500 to 5 thousand rubles. According to the initiator of the appeal, Muscovites fear that due to violations of the rules of passenger transportation, the slightest accident may lead to human casualties.
