Suspect in attempted assassination of special services leadership detained in Kyrgyzstan

Employees of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of Kyrgyzstan detained a member of an organized criminal group Ruslan Duyshev, nicknamed Ruslan Bosterinsky, who is suspected of preparing an assassination attempt on the heads of the country's special services. This was reported November 20 by the GKNB press center.

It is specified that Duyshev was detained in Toktogul district of Jalal-Abad region.

"According to the special service, 41-year-old D. R. (Ruslan Duyshev. - Ed.) - one of Kamcha Kolbaev's cronies, was a caretaker of the village of Bosteri in Issyk-Kul district," the GKNB message in Telegram-channel "Sputnik Kyrgyzstan" is quoted.

According to the agency, a criminal case was previously opened against the suspect for "laundering proceeds of crime. He has also been convicted multiple times for serious and especially serious crimes.

At the moment Duyshev is in the investigative isolator of the State Committee for National Security, and the investigation of the criminal case continues.

Earlier, on July 11, the Dagestan FSS suppressed the activities of a transnational organized criminal group involved in the distribution of drugs in the Russian Federation. The Kizlyarsky district court sentenced the two defendants to seven and five years in a strict regime penal colony.
