Tornado-S MLRS launchers hit an AFU temporary deployment point


Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) of the Zapad group of troops has struck a temporary deployment point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) militants, the head of the press center of the Zapad group of troops, Ivan Bigma, has said. This was reported on November 20 by the head of the press center of the grouping of troops "West" Ivan Bigma.
"The missile troops of the grouping struck the Tornado-S MLRS at the point of temporary deployment of reserve units of the 14th Mechanized Brigade," Interfax quoted him as saying.
Bigma noted that Russian servicemen also managed to destroy 30 AFU fighters and five unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the airplane type.
He also specified that two Starlink satellite communication stations and 14 UAV control points were destroyed during the day.
Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Grad MLRS of the "North" group of troops destroyed fortified AFU positions with manpower and disrupted the rotation of Ukrainian militants in the zone of the special military operation (SMO).
The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made in connection with the aggravation of the situation in the region.
