The head of Rostelecom said about the leak of all Russians' data to the Net

Personal data of each Russian citizen is already in the Internet. This was announced by the head of Rostelecom Mikhail Oseevsky on November 19 at the inter-industry conference "Customer Security Comes First".

"What is important to note: the basis of such massive attacks is that the personal data of all Russians has already leaked," TASS quoted him as saying.

According to Oseevsky, the darknet has information about citizens collected by Ukrainian hackers or special services, which creates an opportunity for "various kinds of ways to penetrate life."

Earlier, on November 6, Stanislav Kuznetsov, deputy chairman of the board of Sberbank, while speaking at the cybersecurity forum SOC Forum 2024, said that the main sources of leaks of personal data of Russians were online stores and medical institutions. According to the expert, about 300,000 professional hackers from at least 27 countries have united under the flag of Ukraine and are attacking the country.
