Air defense forces destroyed three Ukrainian UAVs over Russian territory

Air defense forces have destroyed three drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over three regions of Russia. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on November 19.

"On-duty air defense means destroyed three Ukrainian drones over the territories of Bryansk, Kaluga and Rostov regions," - stated in a message in the Telegram-channel of the Russian Defense Ministry.

It is specified that the attacks were carried out from 20:00 to 21:00 Moscow time by airplane-type drones.

On the same day in the Voronezh region, a company caught fire after an attack by five drones. The Governor of the region Alexander Gusev specified that the employees were evacuated. Firefighters and other operational services are working at the scene.

The armed forces of Ukraine are trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
