The State Duma authorized Rosrybolovstvo inspectors to conduct permanent raids

On November 19, the State Duma made amendments to the law providing for the return of planned (raid) tasks by fishery protection inspectors against violators in the field of fishing.
It is specified that the amendments were made to the law "On Fishing and Conservation of Aquatic Biological Resources" of December 20, 2004.
According to the bill, inspectors during raids will be able to stay at fishing and fish-breeding sites and move around the water area of water bodies of fishery importance in order to detect and suppress violations.
"This federal law shall enter into force 90 days after the date of its official publication," - stated in the text of the document.
Earlier, on September 16, from the draft order of the Ministry of Agriculture became known that in Russia from January to September 2025 may establish a temporary ban on fishing for Kamchatka crab in the area of the West Kamchatka subzone north of the parallel 57 ° 40' N. lat. The exception will be fishing for research and control purposes.
Prior to that, in June, Deputy Head of Rosrybolovstvo Vasily Sokolov said that the restrictions on catching vobla are planned not only to extend in 2025, but also to tighten. This was reported on Saturday, June 8. According to Sokolov, the population of this type of fish can recover quickly enough, it is prolific and survives well. To improve the situation requires one good spawning, specified the representative of the agency.
