Almost 29 billion rubles will be allocated for landscaping in the Moscow region in 2025

In the budget of the Moscow region for 2025 planned almost 29 billion rubles for landscaping. This was reported by Oleg Gadzhiev, Chairman of the Moscow Municipal Duma Committee on Construction Policy, Energy and Housing and Utilities.

The funds will be allocated within the framework of the state program "Formation of comfortable urban environment". Thus, the subprogram "Comfortable Urban Environment" provides funding in the amount of over 11 billion rubles. Another 7.5 billion rubles will be allocated for the transformation of forest and park areas.

As specified by the Internet edition "Podmoskovye Segodnya", 1.1 billion rubles will be spent on the implementation of projects - winners of the All-Russian competition of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements.

"We receive a lot of positive feedback from our residents and, of course, we will continue this work, which will require appropriate funding from the budget," Gadzhiev said.

According to him, more than 200 territories have been improved in the Moscow region for five years. Now residents and guests of the region can visit 190 parks and forest parks, while in 2014 there were only 24 of them.
