Three more houses will be resettled in Kurgan by 2028

Kurgan intends to resettle residents of three emergency houses in Omskaya Street, Yana Puritsa Street and Melkombinata settlement by 2028. This is reported by IA "Ura.ru" with reference to the relevant resolution of the mayor's office.

"To the Department of housing and communal services of the Kurgan administration - to evict individuals from apartment buildings on the street Omskaya, 28, and Melkombinata settlement, 6. Term - until December 31, 2028", - quotes the text of the document news agency. The third house, located on the street Yana Puritsa, 6, should be resettled by the end of 2027.

All three buildings are recognized as emergency. They will be demolished after the residents will be provided with other apartments.

In late summer, investigators opened a criminal case against the former acting director of the municipal enterprise of Kurgan "Prometheus". The ex-officer was suspected of exceeding his official powers when concluding construction contracts for the repair of the emergency housing stock.
