A house for people resettled from emergency housing was commissioned in Pyatigorsk

A house for 80 apartments intended for resettlers from emergency housing was commissioned in Pyatigorsk (Stavropol Territory). This was reported by the head of the city Dmitry Voroshilov on Tuesday, November 19.

The object is located on Togliatti Street. On Sunday, November 24, a draw will be held, which will determine which of the resettlers will get which apartment.

As IA StavropolMedia notes, the apartments will be transferred to the ownership of the new owners under an exchange agreement.

Earlier "Izvestia" wrote that in Russia developed a bill with new approaches to the resettlement of citizens from emergency houses. A significant addition is the emergence of regional operators for these purposes, which will unify the hiring of contractors.
