Expert calls Zelensky's new plan an attempt to drag NATO into the conflict

There is nothing new in Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy 's "resilience plan" (whose term of office expired on 20 May). Military expert Igor Nikulin shared this opinion with Izvestia on November 19.
"These are all the same attempts of Kiev's Nazis to drag NATO into their conflict with Russia and shift their responsibility and their content to NATO," the expert said.
According to him, the charter of the North Atlantic Alliance clearly states that countries with territorial conflicts are not accepted into the organization. To all this, he cited the example of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which peacefully separated and are now members of both the European Union (EU) and NATO.
"During the conflict, no one will take them (Ukraine. - Ed.) anywhere, and it was clear from the beginning. It was not clear only to Zelensky", - concluded Nikulin.
Earlier in the day, the head of the Kiev regime presented a "resilience plan" in the Verkhovna Rada. Zelensky explained its essence and his vision of the realization of the 10 outlined points. The plan envisages steps that Ukraine itself should fulfill. This is how it differs from the "victory plan", which concerns Western partners.
However, later deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak in his Telegram-channel that in the speech of Zelensky, as well as in his plan, there was a lot of water and looked all confused.
Before that, on October 16, Zelensky presented the details of his "victory plan" in the Verkhovna Rada. It had five points, including Ukraine's integration into NATO now and the lifting of restrictions on strikes deep into Russia. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova pointed out that Zelensky's plan was a set of incoherent slogans that pushed NATO into direct conflict with Russia.
Gunnar Lindemann, a member of the Alternative for Germany (AdG) party, called on the West to reject Zelensky's demands, while Julian Repke, a German analyst for the Bild newspaper, predicted that this is exactly what will happen.
The special operation to protect Donbass, which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, is still ongoing. The decision was taken against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
