A new residential quarter under the renovation program is being occupied in the capital's Golyanovo district, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his Telegram channel. About 2.5 thousand residents will move into the new residential complex, built according to an individual project.

"The complex on Amurskaya Street includes 1110 apartments. We equipped it with an automated system of control and metering of energy consumption, created a barrier-free environment for citizens with limited mobility, built an underground parking lot. We have made here an improved finish - you can move into the apartments at once. The first floors were given for service objects and offices", - added the mayor of the capital.

Also in Golyanovo district there is a consistent development of social sphere. Near the new houses there are children's and sports grounds, recreation areas for the residents of the district. In walking distance from the residential complex is located Lilac Garden, Cherkizovsky Park for children, schools and sports complexes. Transportation accessibility of the district is also improving: the Central Bus Station has been reconstructed here, in the near future the capital authorities also plan to build a new station "Golyanovo" of the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya metro line.
