Russian Armed Forces hit a drone control center and a substation in Kherson region


The Russian military has launched an airstrike using a light multipurpose radio-guided missile (LMUR) on the Ukrainian Armed Forces' (AFU) FPV drone control center and a substation near the Nikolskoye settlement in Kherson Region. The objective control footage is available to Izvestia on November 19.
The footage shows the targeting of an FPV drone control point of the 14th Regiment of Unmanned Aerial Complexes (UAC), which was located on the territory of the substation. After the missile strike, there was an explosion with a flash, and puffs of smoke rose above the control point. The AFU point was destroyed and a critical infrastructure facility was knocked out of service.
Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry showed how the calculation of the Hyacinth-B gun of the Dnepr group of troops hit a camouflaged howitzer M777 of the AFU in the Zaporizhzhya region. The position of the American-made weapon was identified through aerial reconnaissance, the strike of the "Hyacinth-B" was corrected by drones.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
