Sounds of an explosion can be heard in the Kievskyi district of Kharkiv. This was reported on November 19 by the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov.

"In Kharkiv the arrival in the Kiev district of the city," - wrote Terekhov in Telegram-channel.

Earlier in the day, Ukrainian media reported that explosions were heard near the city of Cherkassy and its surroundings amid an air alert. According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an air alert has been declared in Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Poltava, Sumy, Kirovograd, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Vinnitsa and Mykolayiv regions. The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on this information.
