Avito has summarized the results of the #yaHelp humanitarian campaign, which ran from the beginning of August until the end of October for the benefit of residents of the Belgorod and Kursk regions.

The total discount provided by sellers to buyers from these Russian regions exceeded half a billion rubles.

According to the company, within the framework of the campaign on the platform participants could arrange delivery of orders for 1 ruble, get free accommodation and get a job with accommodation.

During the campaign, almost 400 thousand orders were delivered to Kursk and Belgorod regions with the cost of logistics one ruble. Avito's partners - Russian Post, SDEK, Halva Express, as well as DPD and 5Post - participated in subsidizing preferential delivery. "This allowed residents of border regions to save about 60 million rubles on delivery fees. The total value of ordered goods with discounted delivery approached one billion rubles," the company said.

In addition, as part of the campaign, sellers on the platform actively provided discounts from the initial cost of goods to buyers from border regions, including offering goods at a symbolic price of 1-10 rubles. Thanks to this, users from these regions were able to save more than 539 million rubles, the company said.

Over 1,500 ads from users willing to offer free accommodation to the victims were placed on the Avito Real Estate platform. Thanks to this, more than 170 families who were forced to leave their homes in the Kursk Region found temporary accommodation free of charge.
