Ukrainian media reported explosions in the Kiev area

Explosions have gone off in a Kiev neighborhood. This was reported on November 19 by the Ukrainian publication "Public".

"In Kiev were heard sounds of explosions, probably outside the city," - stated in a message in the Telegram-channel.

An air alert is currently in effect in the city.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information about the explosions.

Earlier, on November 17, explosions sounded in the Ukrainian city of Nikolaev amid an air alert.

Russian troops in October 2022 began striking military facilities and related energy and communications facilities in Ukraine. As Russian President Vladimir Putin explained, this was in response to terrorist actions by the Kiev regime.
