A new contractor for the construction of a school in Tikhikhy Zorye began to be sought in Krasnoyarsk

Krasnoyarsk announced the search for a contractor to continue the construction of a school in the Tikhie Zori microdistrict. It is reported on November 18 by IA KrasnoyarskMedia with reference to the documentation of the corresponding auction on the portal of public procurement.

The maximum cost of the contract with the contractor will amount to 1.55 billion rubles. It is planned to determine it in 10 days, and it should go to the object immediately after the contract conclusion.

The construction of a new school in Tikhikhy Zory in August 2024 was started by Severstroy LLC, but the capital construction department unilaterally terminated the contract with it. As it turned out, the contractor lacked the experience to receive such an order.

The construction of the school should be completed by September 30, 2026. According to the data as of November 2024, all piles are driven on the site and partially built walls of the basement floor.

Earlier it was reported that the school in the Tikhie Zori neighborhood will be the second largest school in the Urals. It is designed for 1550 seats, and 62 classes will be able to study in one shift.
