The State Duma proposed to contact drivers through "Gosusgoservices"

The State Duma has proposed to introduce the function of sending messages to the owners of cars that obstruct the passage of other cars on the portal "Gosuservices". This is reported by TASS on November 18.
The initiative belongs to the deputy speaker of the State Duma Vladislav Davankov ("New People") and deputy Anton Tkachev, they have sent the proposal to the head of the Ministry of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadaev.
It is assumed that it will be possible to send messages to a car owner by the license plate number of his car, or to make secure calls using the portal. Messages or calls will be anonymized to protect the personal data of both parties.
This measure will allow drivers to promptly inform the owners of obstructing cars about the need to clear the passage, as well as reduce the burden on police officers and evacuation services.
Earlier in the day it was reported that the government is developing amendments to the CAO, according to which for violation of the rules of application of seat belts the fine is proposed to increase from 1 thousand to 1.5 thousand rubles. For driving under the influence of alcohol or transfer of the right to drive a vehicle - from Br30 thousand to Br45 thousand. For speeding and non-compliance with road signs or markings - up to Br750-7500.
