The weather forecaster told about the weather in December in Moscow and Moscow Region

According to the preliminary forecast, in December in Moscow and the region the air temperature will be higher than the climatic norm. This was reported to "Izvestia" on November 19 by leading specialist of the information agency "Meteonovosti" Tatyana Pozdnyakova.

"According to the preliminary forecast, December is still expected to have temperatures above the climatic norm, so we certainly expect that the snow that fell after November 23 we will lay down and will be delayed for December," she said.

At the same time, the forecaster warned that the weather is capricious and forecasts can change.

"Over the period from Friday to Saturday, November 22-23, more than half of the monthly norm of precipitation may fall in the capital region. As they say, winter is practically stepping on our heels," concluded Pozdnyakova.

On the eve, November 18, the expert told "Izvestia" that after November 23 in Moscow will begin to establish a snow cover. She warned that the nature of the weather will change, increasingly acquiring features of winter.
