The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin has instructed to check and provide him with information about the conflict between teenagers with a conductor and a passenger in a streetcar in St. Petersburg. The incident occurred on Saturday, November 16, on Aviakonstruktorov Avenue.

Schoolchildren argued with a public transport employee, a streetcar passenger interceded for him, and then the teenagers sprayed him in the face with a gas canister.

TV channel "78" specifies that the injured passenger decided not to write a complaint against his offenders, explaining that he has no claims. However, law enforcement agencies are continuing the investigation.

In early October, Bastrykin instructed to open a criminal case on the fact of beating a man in Volgograd by a group of teenagers. Information appeared in social media that three teenagers beat up a man and then took away his cell phone. The victim required medical assistance.
