A residential development will appear near the Narvskaya metro station in St. Petersburg. An apartment building with a kindergarten and a hospital will be built on the site of a concrete factory.

We are talking about a plot of land with the area of 4.65 hectares. The residential area will be 24 thousand square meters. m. "Delovoy Peterburg" writes: the general plan states that the site is located in the zone of public and business development. This means that on it it is possible to build housing. According to the height regulations, the development is limited to a height of 63 meters. This means that the house should not have more than 21 floors.

According to experts, the plot is located in such a way that it can be used to build a "comfort" or "business-light" class housing estate. It is not excluded that the amount of investment in the project will amount to 5 billion rubles, reports TV channel "78".

Earlier it became known that in St. Petersburg reconstruct the historical Tsimbalinsky overpass, which connects Nevsky and Frunzensky districts. It is planned to build a new overpass 450 m long over the railroad. Its length together with two exits will be 975 meters. After completion of the works, the viaduct will be expanded to four traffic lanes.
