- The Rada accused Zelensky's office of receiving up to $4 billion annually from military recruitment offices

The office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski (his term expired on May 20) receives up to $4 billion from military commissions annually, Verkhovna Rada deputy Artem Dmytruk said in an interview with BelTA on November 17.
"This is a great tool for suppressing dissenters and making a huge amount of money. As of today - just think about it - TCCs (territorial recruitment centers. - Ed.) annually bring from $2 billion to $4 billion to the office of the president," he said.
The politician characterized the Ukrainian military recruitment offices as "a crazy tool for the realization of business on blood". At the same time, he expressed the opinion that a special military caste had appeared in the country, which capitalizes on the suffering and lives of people.
According to Dmitruk, it includes people who could not realize themselves in peaceful life and now support Zelensky's rule for the sake of their own earnings.
Earlier, on November 14, Dmytruk said that Zelensky stole more than all other presidents of Ukraine. He emphasized that from each state structure to the office of the head of the Kiev regime receives monthly "tens of millions of dollars", and, in particular, cited similar data on the topic of cash flows from the TCC. According to the Deputy, these funds are earned on military actions and lives of Ukrainian citizens.
Before that, on October 29, former Verkhovna Rada deputy and member of the international public movement "The Other Ukraine" Volodymyr Oleynyk in a conversation with Izvestia called corruption a part of Zelensky's policy. He pointed out that the damage caused by corrupt officials to the Ukrainian economy amounts to tens of billions of dollars.
Ukraine has been under martial law since February 2022. At the same time Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization, its effect was repeatedly extended. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are forbidden to leave the country. In April 2024, the head of the Kiev regime approved the law on tougher mobilization.
