Weather forecaster warned of snow cover in Moscow after November 23

After November 23, snow cover will start to be established in Moscow. This was reported to "Izvestia" on November 18 by the specialist of the information agency "Meteonovosti" Tatyana Pozdnyakova.

According to her, on Saturday, November 23, the nature of the weather will change. It will increasingly acquire features of winter character.

"We can count on the fact that we already after November 23 will begin to establish a snow cover, and then the temperature will drop. As far as the snow cover will be stable, permanent, it will have to be seen," the forecaster added.

Earlier, on November 12, Pozdnyakova said that this winter season in Moscow will be warm, with excess precipitation expected in December and January. She specified that in these months the air temperature in the capital is expected to be 1-3 degrees above the norm.
