Sobyanin told about completed improvement projects in the west of Moscow

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin summarized the results of landscaping works carried out in the west of the capital during 2024. In total, five large public spaces were arranged there, the mayor wrote in his personal blog.

In particular, in the district of Novo-Peredelkino the vacant lot on Lukinskaya street was equipped. Currently there is a sports cluster, which has become a new point of attraction for residents of all ages. The cluster includes a skatepark with springboards, a jump track and a platform with a concrete bowling alley for extreme sports.

Several play areas were made for children. One of them includes a "scientific" playground consisting of separate modules. For example, in the section "Listen to the city" installed multicolored parabolic antennas that pick up the sound of the city, passing through metal pipes into the funnel.

In Ochakovo-Matveevsky cleaned up the valley of the river Navershki, said the mayor. The bottom of the river was cleaned, and the banks were reinforced with "gabions, on which were arranged decks with platforms for recreation," Sobyanin wrote.

"In the new park by the water installed a modern lighting system and planted trees. The decoration of the project became wooden canopies-arches and bird feeders with carvings in the form of leaves," - said the mayor. A children's playground with playground complexes was reconstructed.

The complex improvement in Fili-Kuntsevo microdistrict at the intersection of Rublevskoye highway and Krylatskaya street has been completed. There, in particular, asphalt concrete sidewalk of driveways and sidewalks was replaced, parking lots were arranged and walking routes were created.

"Another interesting and important project was realized in Troparevo-Nikulino. In the neighborhood between Vernadskogo Avenue, Leninsky Avenue and 26-i Bakinskikh Komissarov Street three courtyard territories were comprehensively improved at once", - said Sobyanin. Now the residents have "high-quality recreational and sports infrastructure".
