Kim Jong Un has called for full military training in the country

North Korean President Kim Jong-un said that the Korean People's Army (KPA) needs to ensure full readiness for war. This was reported by the Korean Central Telegraphic Agency (KCTAK) on November 18.
Kim Jong-un, speaking at a gathering of KPA battalion commanders and political patrols, condemned U.S. actions on the Korean Peninsula that are worsening the situation by increasing military power and expanding alliances. He noted the importance of training military battalions and their role in strengthening the country's military power, emphasizing the need for the armed forces to be fully prepared for armed conflict.
Earlier on Nov. 5, Kim Yo-jong, deputy department director of the Korean Workers' Party Central Committee, said that violating the parity of forces on the Korean Peninsula would lead to war. Kim Jong-un's sister recalled the record number of US strategic deployments in the region recently, including a visit by a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier.
On August 3, the DPRK Foreign Ministry accused the U.S. of provoking a nuclear crisis and escalating the security situation because of Washington and Seoul's Iron Mace military exercise on nuclear operation simulating comprehensive nuclear warfare, which took place from July 30 to August 1 at the U.S. military base in Pyongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. The legend of the training was the "use of nuclear weapons" by Pyongyang.
