The Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle with the Progress MS-29 cargo ship has been installed on the launch table at the Baikonur Cosmodrome. This was reported on Monday, November 18, in the press service of Roscosmos.

"Today, the Soyuz-2.1a space rocket with the Progress MS-29 cargo ship was transported to the launch complex of the 31st site of the Baikonur Cosmodrome," the state corporation said on its website.

After installing the rocket in the vertical position, specialists continued to prepare it for the launch, which is scheduled for November 21 at 15:22 Moscow time.

"Progress MS-29" is to deliver to the International Space Station almost 2.5 tons of cargo, including hardware and equipment for the station, stowage for scientific experiments, clothing, food, medical and sanitary supplies for the crew of the 72nd long-duration expedition, fuel for refueling the station, drinking water for astronauts and nitrogen to replenish the ISS atmosphere.

Earlier, on November 5, a Soyuz-2.1b rocket carrying two Ionosphere-M spacecraft and 53 Russian and foreign associated satellites was launched from the Vostochny Cosmodrome. Later, the Fregat upper stage delivered the spacecraft to their target orbits. Roscosmos noted that the launch was a record launch in the history of Russian cosmonautics.
