More than €635.4 thousand (over 67.166 million rubles) decided to recover from the leader of the Rammstein band Till Lindemann International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for canceling the concert in Tver. This was reported on November 18 by the source of "Izvestia".

"To recover from Till Lindemann in favor of Prime Marketing LLC unjust enrichment in the amount of €635,400, interest for the use of alienated funds in the amount of €2,924 for the period from August 31, 2021 to April 27, 2022 inclusive," the source confirmed with reference to the document.

This amount also includes interest for the use of alienated funds for the period from April 28, 2022 to the date of payment of the debt at the key rate of the Bank of Russia and the plaintiff's costs of arbitration and registration fees for $32,562.

It is specified that under the contract with the company "Prime Marketing" the musician undertook to perform 70 minutes at the festival "McLarin for the Motherland" on the territory of the Tver brewery "Afanasy" in August 2021. The artist's services were paid in full, but he canceled the concert and did not return the money.

Court documents indicate that the process between the festival's customer Maxim Larin and Lindemann's producer Anar Reiband was connected with the case. Larin planned to conclude a contract with the latter to provide advertising services in the Tver region and transferred 10 million rubles to the counterparty to confirm the seriousness of his intentions.

However, the contract was not concluded, and the producer also did not return the funds. At Larin's suit, the Konakovo City Court of the Tver Region decided to recover them back, while the regional court left this decision unchanged.

Lindemann's lawyer Sergei Vasiliev told Izvestia that he does not give explanations at the moment.

Earlier, on October 15, the organizers of the concert of American rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine (real name Daniel Hernandez) in Moscow, which was supposed to take place on October 19, reported the postponement of the performance, without naming the new date and the reason for their decision. The musician has already come to Russia in 2018 and 2022.
