Uragan MLRS systems hit an accumulation of AFU equipment in the South Donetsk region


Uragan multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) of the artillery of the Vostok grouping of troops have hit a cluster of Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) equipment in the southern Donetsk region. This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry on November 18.
"The machine is good, shows itself well, its cross-country ability is high. Its range is also good," said the commander of the combat vehicle with the call sign Tikhiy.
After the aerial reconnaissance detected a cluster of AFU equipment and passed the coordinates to the artillerymen, the calculation immediately left, deployed the unit in a firing position and hit the target with a package of 16 rockets.
"We take targets at any time of day or night. We work at different ranges," commented the commander.
After firing, the calculations proceeded to the operational change of firing positions, making anti-fire maneuver to avoid getting under the counter-battery fire of the enemy.
Earlier, on November 14, it became known that Russian servicemen of the "West" group of forces disrupted the rotation of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the special operation zone with the help of the engineering system of remote mining (ISDM) "Zemladye".
The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made in connection with the aggravation of the situation in the region.
