- Klishas, head of the Sovfed committee, says Ukraine will lose statehood in the future

Ukraine will lose statehood due to the escalation provoked by the countries of the collective West. The head of the Federation Council's constitutional committee, Andriy Klishas, said this on November 18.
"The West has decided on a level of escalation that could end with the complete loss of statehood by the remnants of Ukraine," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
On this day, the son of United States President-elect Donald Trump accused the US of escalating the Ukrainian conflict. He also called on the country to "freeze these trillions of dollars" to support Kiev.
At the same time it became known about the authorization of US President Joe Biden to Ukraine to conduct ATACMS strikes against the Russian Federation. Some US officials reportedly expressed fears that Ukraine's use of missiles across the border could prompt Russian President Vladimir Putin to retaliate.
At the same time, political scientist and University of Chicago professor John Mirsheimer said that the administration of US President Joe Biden intends to actively support Kiev in order to frame President-elect Donald Trump when Ukraine falls. The professor believes that the Democrats will actively finance Kiev until the end of Biden's term in order for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to hold out until Trump's inauguration on January 20.
Before that, on November 15, Deputy Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh said that the United States intends to supply Ukraine with all the weapons promised by the American leader before he leaves office as head of state. She pointed out that some equipment and systems will reach Ukraine very quickly, within days and weeks. Some will take longer and could take months.
Western countries have stepped up military and financial support for Ukraine amid Russia's special operation to protect Donbass, which began on February 24, 2022. The decision to conduct it was made by the Russian president because of the aggravation of the situation in the region due to the increased shelling by Ukrainian troops.
