Sergunina spoke about support for Moscow exporters

Thanks to Moscow's support, Moscow exporters have been able to take part in 11 international exhibitions in friendly countries since the beginning of the year. Among them are Gulfood in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Tibo in Belarus, Gitex Africa in Morocco and Vietnam Expo in Vietnam, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

The Moscow Export Center (MEC) paid for the rent and construction of meeting venues, delivery of exhibits and organization of business meetings.

"Since January, more than 180 brands from the capital have presented their products at the Made in Moscow stand. Another 122 companies joined foreign business missions in nine countries," said Natalia Sergunina.

Delegations from Indonesia, Mexico, Algeria, Morocco and Egypt came to Moscow with a return visit.

"According to the results of participation in exhibitions and business missions, the city entrepreneurs found new partners in 24 friendly countries. Among them are the United Arab Emirates, Serbia, Thailand, India and Uruguay. The total amount of contracts exceeded 1.5 billion rubles. Foreign buyers were interested in Moscow digital solutions, machinery and equipment, food and cartoons", - said Natalia Sergunina.

Among successful examples of work of capital exporters - the company on manufacture of animated video content, the manufacturer of innovative simulators for students of medical universities and a number of other firms.
