A cab driver abused a 16-year-old girl in St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, the driver of "Yandex.Taxi" abused a 16-year-old girl. Information about this was reported on September 24 by the source of "Izvestia".

Investigators found that the incident occurred on Sunday, September 22. The driver of the foreign car took the minor in an unknown direction, where he committed violent acts.

On suspicion of the crime, law enforcers detained a 36-year-old migrant. It is specified that the man is not officially employed. He also has no registration on the territory of Russia and has no criminal record.

A criminal case under paragraph "a" of part 3 of article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violent acts of a sexual nature) was initiated against the attacker. He faces up to 15 years in prison.

Earlier, on September 21 , a cab driver killed his wife in Omsk, and then unsuccessfully tried to escape from police officers in a working car. The man was detained. What was the motive of the crime is not yet known.
