A foreign car hit three pedestrians in Krasnodar

"The car hit three pedestrians: a 14-year-old girl, 51-year-old and 42-year-old women. The latter received severe injuries to the lower extremities. The accident occurred on the street Mira. Being behind the wheel of Kia 27-year-old resident of Dinsky district moved along the lane for public transport and drove out on the sidewalk, avoiding a collision with an oncoming car Volkswagen.
Police officers arrived at the scene of the accident. The question of opening a criminal case under Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules, resulting in negligent infliction of medium severity of harm to health") is being decided.
Earlier, on September 20, a 71-year-old driver hit three schoolchildren at a crosswalk in Anapa. Only one of the children, a six-year-old boy, was injured. The other two were not injured. As the driver explained, he was blinded by the sun.
