The court in Moscow has recovered 90 thousand rubles from Kirkorov on the claim of Uspenskaya.

Tagansky district court of Moscow partially satisfied the claim of singer Lubov Uspenskaya to her colleague Philip Kirkorov about protection of honor and dignity. About it on Monday, September 23, reports the correspondent of "Izvestia" from the courtroom.

According to the decision, Kirkorov will have to pay Uspenskaya 90 thousand rubles within 10 days.

The reason for filing a counterclaim was Kirkorov's statements to Uspenskaya: "Begged me for clothes, gifts. Beggar. The preliminary hearing was held on August 7. On Monday was held consideration of the claim on the merits.

Earlier, on July 22, Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow recovered more than 280 thousand rubles from Uspenskaya in favor of Kirkorov and obliged to refute defamatory information about the artist. The lawsuit was filed in December 2023 after Uspenskaya's interview with blogger Alena Zhigalova, where the singer called Kirkorov a misogynist. The singer's lawyer said it was a reminder of responsibility for words.

Uspenskaya's counterclaim against Kirkorov for protection of honor and dignity was filed on June 28. In the statement of claim stated that defamatory are the information in one of the interviews of the singer. The singer's previous similar suit against her colleague was returned on June 14 due to improper jurisdiction.
