Outdoor lighting lines will be installed in remote neighborhoods of Pskov. The construction contract has already been signed, said the head of the city Boris Elkin in his social networks on Monday, September 23.

"By December of this year in Lyubyatovo will be illuminated Griboedova Street, and on "Pskovkirpich" - sections of Borovoy Street: from Chernyakhovskogo Street to the house No. 44 and between houses No. 54 and No. 62," - wrote the mayor, his quote is cited by Pskov newswire.

According to the mayor, a total of 16 poles and 19 lamps will be installed. This is the third contract for the device of lighting in the current 2024 year. New lights have already appeared on Snyatnaya Street and two intersections.

Earlier in September it was reported that the Pskov region plans to equip 30 public spaces in 2025. For example, a pedestrian zone near Chertov brook will be improved in the regional center.
