Sobyanin told about the patented new method of diagnosing pediatric stroke

Specialists of the Morozov Hospital have developed and patented an effective method of diagnosing pediatric stroke. This was reported by the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin on September 23.
"Doctors of the department of emergency cardiac surgery and interventional cardiology have developed a special technique that allows you to conduct a study and in babies," he wrote in his Telegram-channel.
The mayor said that earlier doctors with the help of "bubble test", which is a type of echocardiography, helped to detect holes between the heart chambers only in adults, as it was necessary to make special breathing movements for testing.
Now, however, with the help of a special technique, specialists can even inject a test solution into children, artificially increase the pressure in the heart and detect microbubbles entering it by ultrasound.
"This is an opportunity to prevent a serious disease in the future", - concluded Sobyanin.
Earlier, on September 5, the mayor of Moscow told about the appearance in the capital's oncology clinics of new robotic systems for operations. According to the mayor, this technique has significantly expanded the opportunities for medical care of citizens. More than 2 thousand patients will be able to receive high-tech treatment of oncologic diseases already this year.
