Su-34 crew strikes at AFU manpower and armored vehicles in Kursk region

The crew of a Su-34 fighter-bomber of the Russian Air and Space Forces (VKS) has destroyed personnel and armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the border area of the Kursk Region with precise strikes. The Russian Defense Ministry on September 22 showed footage of the crew's combat work.

The Russian fighter eliminated Ukrainian army positions with the help of aerial bombs with a universal planning and correction module (UMPK).

After using the means of destruction, the fighter crews returned to the departure site. All reconnaissance targets of the Ukrainian army were destroyed, the ministry's representatives noted.

On the eve, the Defense Ministry reported that the crews of the army aviation on Ka-52M helicopters of the Russian Army destroyed personnel and equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units in the border area of the Kursk region.

Ukrainian militants attacked Russian positions in the border areas of Kursk Region on August 6. The operation to destroy the AFU continues. The situation in the region was recognized as a state of emergency of federal character. According to the latest data, the AFU lost more than 15.65 thousand people during the entire time of fighting in the region.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
