Media reported details of Zelensky's "victory plan"

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's"victory plan", whose term in office expired on May 20, which he wants to present to US leader Joe Biden, includes joining the European Union (EU) and NATO. This was reported by Bloomberg on September 20.
It is specified that Zelensky will present his plan to Biden on September 26.
"The victory plan, this bridge to strengthening Ukraine, can contribute to more productive future diplomatic meetings with Russia," the agency quotes the Ukrainian leader as saying.
According to Bloomberg, in his plan, Zelensky described actions through which Russia would "seek peace." In addition, Kiev is concerned that a ceasefire without any guarantees will give the Russian state the opportunity to strike after rearming.
On September 19, political scientist and military analyst Vadim Mingalev noted in a conversation with Izvestia that Kiev has no plan. There are Zelensky's ideas based on his fantasies and supported by the theses of the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Oleksandr Syrskyy, and other members of his clique.
Earlier, on September 14, the German newspaper Bild reported that Zelenskyy intended to visit the USA to present his plan of action in the Ukrainian conflict to Biden. It is noted that this draft implies a demand to authorize strikes with long-range Western weapons on Russian territories.
On the same day, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that the United States and Britain had already issued Kiev all indulgences and gave carte blanche to use missiles for attacks on Russian territory.
Before that, on September 7, Zelensky said in an interview with the La Repubblica newspaper that his plan of action in the Ukrainian conflict should eventually lead to a cease-fire. The Ukrainian leader indicated that he planned to present his project to Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, the US presidential candidates from the Democratic and Republican parties.
Western countries have stepped up military and financial support for Ukraine amid Russia's special operation to defend Donbass, which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, after the situation in the region worsened due to shelling by the Ukrainian military. However, the West has recently been increasingly vocal about the need to reduce support for Kiev.
