Court arrests man who beat up a girl in Moscow for refusing to meet her


The court has remanded in custody a 32-year-old man who hit a woman in the face on Novoyasenevsky Avenue in Moscow. This was reported by the Moscow Prosecutor's Office on September 21.
According to the investigation, on September 15, near the shopping center on Novoyasenevsky Avenue, the accused attacked a 25-year-old girl, hitting her in the face for refusing to get acquainted with him.
The man was charged under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").
It is specified that the victim has a bilateral fracture of the lower jaw.
"After determining the severity of the harm caused to the health of the victim, if there are grounds for the actions of the accused will be given an additional criminal-legal assessment", - stated in the message published in the Telegram-channel of the capital Prosecutor's office.
The investigation continues.
Earlier, on September 19, a similar case occurred in the Chelyabinsk region. There, a resident of Troitsk beat to a pulp a girl with whom he came to the bar, after refusal of intimacy. Now the victim is undergoing a course of treatment. Two criminal cases have been opened against the perpetrator.
