Meshchansky district court of Moscow has imposed a penalty in the form of 15 days of administrative arrest on 13 participants of the conflict at the office of Wildberries marketplace in the center of the capital. This was reported on September 21 by the joint press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of Moscow.
"By the rulings of the Meshchansky district court of Moscow [13 figures] were found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 1 of article 19.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation," the press service said in its Telegram channel.
The said article provides sanctions for disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer.
Each of them was sentenced to administrative arrest for 15 days.
On September 18, the press service of the combined company Wildberries and Russ reported on the attempted illegal entry of Vladislav Bakalchuk, the spouse of the founder of the marketplace Tatiana Bakalchuk, into the company's office. On the same day Bakalchuk himself said that he and his team at the Wildberries office in the center of Moscow tried to attack. Later, Tatyana Bakalchuk called the incident a raid led by her husband.
After the emergency it was reported about the death of two guards of the office, there were detentions of the participants of the conflict. Bakalchuk himself was detained for two days, he was charged under articles on murder, attempted murder and self-rule. Later, on September 20, the man reported that he was released home.
September 19, law enforcement agencies reported that more than 30 defendants were charged in the case of the conflict with the shooting at Wildberries. The measure of restraint was chosen at closed sessions on Thursday and Friday, September 19 and 20, a total of 30 people were arrested. Six of them were sent to pre-trial detention centers for two months until November 18 by the decision of Basmanny Court on Thursday.
Before that, on July 30, Bakalchuk filed a divorce suit against her husband. In Savelovsky district court of Moscow on September 12 held a conversation with the lawyers of the founder of Wildberries and her husband on the subject of their future divorce. Vladislav Bakalchuk's lawyer Elena Kovaleva stated that he is against divorce and would like to keep the family together.
