Russian President Vladimir Putin was joking when he spoke about his support for Democratic U.S. presidential candidate Kamala Harris. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said this during an interview with Sky News Arabia TV channel, published on the Russian Foreign Ministry's YouTube channel on Friday, September 20.
