Elena was born in Yaroslavl on August 25, 1981 under the surname Ostanina. According to the woman, she graduated from Yaroslavl State University with a degree in economics. After studying, the girl left her hometown and went to the capital.

The future millionaire blogger's first job was as an accountant. However, Ostanina quickly realized that she did not want to follow this career path in the future. She switched to working from home and studied psychology books and videos at the same time.
